Location: Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite

Pay: Around $60,000 yearly DOE

Type: Direct hire

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

Summary: Seeking white-glove office management.  Will report to the Chief of staff

Job description:

1. Provide exceptional, professional front-desk hospitality to staff, executives, Trustees, donors, volunteers, and visitors while managing calls, inquiries, deliveries, and confidential information.
2. Oversee daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, vendor relationships, maintenance, technology troubleshooting, and workplace improvements.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, offboarding, staff recognition, internal communications, and engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
4. Manage executive meetings, board meetings, events, and volunteer activities, including scheduling, catering, conference room setup, Zoom/Teams technology, and event logistics.
5. Independently manage office procedures, operational projects, vendor coordination, and administrative priorities while maintaining a polished, organized, and professional workplace environment.

• Professional services industry experience such as financial services
• Onboarding and employee engagement

Requirements:

• Must have 5+ years of professional experience in office management, corp office administration 
• Professional polished presentation and communications skills: Will interface with executives, board members, stakeholders (white-glove office management)
• Must be MS Office proficient including: Excel, PowerPoint
• Must have experience with hybrid meetings (both online and onsite at the same time)
• Minimal travel may be required for local meetings and activities
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check required
• Drug screening required
