Kitchen Designers greet and engage customers, listen to their needs, and guide them through the design process—offering “good, better, best” options, samples to take home, and expert advice on products, services, and installation. Kitchen Designers use design tools and showroom resources to educate customers, set clear expectations, and provide tailored solutions for every project, whether they’re DIYers or working with professionals. Kitchen Designers advocate for customers by highlighting current promotions, financing options, and the advantages of choosing Home Depot over competitors. Kitchen Designers also ensure the showroom is clean, organized, and well-stocked, creating a welcoming and safe shopping environment. Throughout each project, Kitchen Designers follow up on project statuses, address questions, and guide customers every step of the way.View Video TranscriptA Day in the Life Customer Service/Sales* ## Work Location**Onsite** – These roles offer the opportunity to be part of a team at a specific physical location. Associates in these positions work in person at a local store, warehouse, or office, supporting daily operations and building strong relationships with their teams.* ## ONLINE ASSESSMENTAs part of the application process for this role, there will be an on-line assessment.
