Director of Catering Operations We are seeking a Director of Catering Operations to lead a high-volume catering operation serving the Charlotte market. This on-site / in-person position oversees catering operations, sales, client relationships, logistics, staffing, profitability, and business growth while ensuring exceptional execution across a wide range of corporate catering programs and events. This is a high-level leadership position with a heavy emphasis on organization, logistics, and operations with some occasional hands‑on execution. Director of Catering Operations Compensation & Benefits $90,000‑$110,000 base salary Generous performance‑based bonus program 100% employer‑paid health insurance Paid time off Career growth opportunity Leadership role with significant impact on business performance Director of Catering Operations Qualifications & Responsibilities MUST have experience with kitchens of multiple outlets, routing, logistics, and fleet management Lead all aspects of catering operations, sales, and financial performance from an upper leadership level Oversee corporate catering, office catering, pharmaceutical events, workplace dining programs, business meetings, and large-scale corporate functions Manage production scheduling, delivery routing, staffing coordination, and event execution Develop and maintain client relationships while identifying opportunities for business growth Manage labor, food cost, budgeting, forecasting, and overall profitability Lead, coach, and develop catering operations teams Support catering initiatives across multiple restaurant brands and ordering platforms 5+ years of leadership experience in catering operations, corporate catering, event operations, or food service logistics required Strong understanding of catering logistics, routing, production planning, and staffing management required Experience with EZCater, Caterease, CRM systems, or similar catering technology platforms preferred Proven track record managing high-volume catering operations required Strong organizational, leadership, customer service, and business development skills required Entrepreneurial mindset and passion for hospitality operations required #J-18808-Ljbffr Nbutexas
