LaSalle Network is partnering with our client, a biotherapeutics organization, to hire a Level 2 IT Support professional in Chicago, Illinois.  This is a contract-to-hire opportunity supporting an on-site environment where you’ll be a key resource for end-user support, device builds and conference room / AV needs. The Level 2 IT Support role is especially exciting for someone who enjoys independent ownership of tickets and hands-on troubleshooting while helping a team navigate ongoing operational changes, including a move to Jira from ServiceNow and broader technology transition work. Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2 end-user IT support, including email password resets and remote/virtual troubleshooting

• Support in-office and virtual audio/visual needs, including conference room and collaboration technology (Yealink)

• Build and prepare machines for end users, including imaging/setup and deployment support

• Support mobile phone troubleshooting and user assistance

• Manage and resolve requests through a ticketing system (Jira)

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft 365/O365

• Experience providing in-office and virtual AV support

• Experience building and configuring machines for end users

• Experience supporting mobile devices and common user access issues (e.g., password resets)

• Experience working in a ticketing system environment (Jira)

• Strong customer service mindset with the ability to work independently and professionally

Key Details

• Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

• Compensation: $30 – $40 hourly
