Bellin Health is seeking a  Board Certified / Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our established outpatient clinic. This is a great opportunity to practice in a  team-based, supportive environment that prioritizes both  high-quality patient care and worklife balance .

\n Position Highlights \n

• Full-time (1.0 FTE)

• Schedule: \n

  • 40 hours/week
  \n
  • 32 patient-facing hours
  \n
  • 4-day work week
  \n
  • Flexible clinic hours
  \n
\n
• Patient Volume: \n
  \n
  • Typically 1520 patients per day
  \n
  • Opportunity to grow beyond 20 patients/day
  \n

\n Practice Details \n

• Outpatient-only Family Medicine
\n
• Care for  patients of all ages (newborn to geriatrics)
\n
• Team-Based Care Model to enhance efficiency and support
\n

  Radiology

  Lab

\n

  Physical Therapy

\n
• \n

  ENT (weekly rotation)

\n
• \n

  Orthopedics (weekly rotation)

  EMR: EPIC
