Saturday and Sunday 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm LVN $30-$37 RN $38-$42hr Pediatric male (3)- High Acuity - Female nurses only San Luis Obispo CA 93455 LVN or RN G-tube/Trach/Vent Sat and Sun Saturday 7am-3pm and Saturday and Sunday 3pm-11pm LVN $30-$37 RN $38-$42hr Pediatric female (13) - female nurse only - experienced nurse only (family will not accept a novice) Nipomo CA 93444 LVN or RN G-tube Monday-Friday 5pm-9pm LVN or RN $37-$40 Teenaage Male- G-tube feeding, safety supervision, patient goes to school during the day so it helping parents out with routine at night time Lompoc CA 93436 LVN or RN G-tube Monday-Sunday 10pm-6am Monday-Sunday LVN or RN $37-43 Teenage Male (G-tube), Safety Supervision, Mom had a bad experience with previous nurse staffed there so she needs someone who is willing to commit long term Paso Robles CA 93446 LVN or RN G-tube/Trach/Vent Saturday 6:30am-6:30pm LVN or RN $37-$38 Adult Female, VA patient, ALS- Family open to LVN or RN but this case would be 12 hour shifts on Tuesday, Fridays and Saturdays Santa Maria CA 93454 LVN or RN G-Tube, Vent Sat and Sun Sat and Sun, 7:30am-3:30pm & 3:30-7:30pm LVN $30-$37 RN $38-$42hr Pediatric female (6) - Spanish speaking preferred but not required. Lompoc CA 93436 LVN or RN G-tube/Trach Monday-Sunday 11pm-7am, 7 days a week open LVN or RN $37-42 Infant Boy (1) G-tube, Trach, NOC shifts. Family is really nice but they need someone reliable. Most likely starting in April
