Senior PM - Land / Site Development

Job Description: Lead projects and teams in developing plans and specifications for a variety of projects, including multi‑family, residential, master‑planned, mixed‑use, retail, light industrial and commercial ventures. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project management reporting and client invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Provide supervision and guidance to Engineers or CAD Technicians as needed. Take on additional duties as assigned to support project success. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field. Registered P.E. in Texas. 6-10+ years of experience in the field. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Word. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience serving as a Project Manager for multiple municipalities. Preferred experience working on projects for cities, counties, and municipalities.
