ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares in accordance with established procedures. Organize and properly store all clean dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment in designated areas. Remove garbage and recycling promptly and dispose of waste in accordance with established sanitation and safety standards. Clean and maintain kitchen areas including floors, walls, drains, walk-in coolers, dry storage, and dish areas. Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment to ensure safe and sanitary operating conditions. Maintain organization and sanitation of all kitchen and storage spaces in compliance with departmental policies and health regulations. Be flexible to work extended hours due to business requirements, including late nights, weekends, holidays, games, and major stadium and catering events. Perform other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty with energy and enthusiasm. Must be at least 18 years of age. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparations, service standards, guest relations, and etiquette. Ability to work all venue events, including extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have sufficient mobility to perform assigned production tasks including constant reaching, bending, stooping, wiping, pushing, and pulling for extended periods of time. Strong attention to detail. Able to demonstrate flexibility and quickly adapt to changes. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Constant standing, twisting, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. Ability to work in all weather conditions. Exposure to loud noises (e.g., fireworks, voices, and audio systems), flashing lights, and extreme heat/cold. Ability to lift/move/maneuver up to 50 lbs.
