Id : 8518 Category : Physician Location/City : MA - Fall River Salary Range : 0.00 - 0.00 per hour (USD Permanent) Job Type : Permanent Recruiter Email : Multi-Specialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts is recruiting a Board-certified or Board-eligible, fellowship-trained non-invasive cardiologist to join its established Cardiology Division, seeing both outpatients and inpatient consults. The busy outpatient practice serves a large patient base and offers extensive testing, including 3-D echocardiography, nuclear stress testing, cardiac CT, and Holter monitoring. The successful candidate would also see hospital consults in the CCU, on the floors, and in the Emergency Department and should be qualified to interpret EKG, Holter, echocardiograms, and cardiac stress tests. Both of our hospital facilities offer EKG, echocardiography, Holter monitoring, nuclear stress testing, ICUs, and cardiac telemetry. Both hospitals also offer cardiac catheterization and one does coronary interventions, electrophysiology, open heart surgery, and TAVR procedures. Each hospital team includes a cardiac nurse practitioner. Inpatient duties may require placement of temporary pacing wires, management of CHF, dysrhythmias, acute myocardial infarctions, and acutely-ill cardiac patients. Patients are generally admitted and discharged by our Hospitalist team. Our group is a 150-provider, physician-owned multispecialty group in Southeastern Massachusetts. In addition to 40 Primary Care physicians, we represent various medical and surgical specialists, with laboratory and imaging capabilities. For this position, visa waivers are not available. Southeastern Massachusetts has an excellent medical community and our base provides an excellent source of specialty referrals. The salary is competitive and commensurate with training and experience. Physicians are eligible for corporate bonuses and partnership. Of course, moving expenses, health insurance, vacation, CME expenses, and a 401K are included. We are in a healthy growth phase and are a solid influence in this medical community.
