About the role

As an HR & Talent Solution Analyst , you will support and maintain HR & Talent Power Platform solutions including apps, dashboards, and automated flows. We will count on you to manage daily support, identify issues, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance solutions. Along the way, you will get to:

• Maintain and support Power Apps, Power BI dashboards, and Power Automate flows
• Log and triage issues and coordinate fixes with solutionists
• Support basic builds and enhancements across Power Platform
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and support delivery

What we’re looking for

• Foundational knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI
• Strong attention to detail and data handling skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and support solution delivery
• Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
