Occupational Therapist - 1.0 FTE

Prairie Ridge Health is looking for a team member to join our Rehab Department and go above and beyond to deliver outstanding personalized care in the role of Occupational Therapist. This position is a 1.0 FTE (40 hours per week) will be responsible for providing direct patient care in a critical access hospital with some inpatient and primarily outpatient with a combination direct access/referral-based setting within the Sun Prairie and Columbus locations.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRATION

• Doctorate, master's degree or baccalaureate degree in Occupational Therapy from a fully accredited occupational therapy program.
• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the State of Wisconsin
• CPR certification or obtain within 90 days of hire
• Experience in clinical occupational therapy, including experience working with UE injuries/post-operative protocols (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and finger), and neurologic involvement strongly preferred.

Experience

Experience in clinical occupational therapy, including experience working with UE injuries/post-operative protocols (shoulder, elbow, wrist, hand and finger), and neurologic involvement New graduates, as well as experienced applicants are welcome to apply
