$120,000 - $150,000 yearly based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage civil litigation cases from inception to resolution, ensuring the best outcomes for clients.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop and implement effective litigation strategies that align with client goals.

• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and courtroom proceedings.

• Draft, review, and revise legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs, with precision and clarity.

• Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and mediations, advocating zealously on their behalf.

• Maintain open and proactive communication with clients, keeping them informed and involved throughout the litigation process.

• Mentor junior attorneys and paralegals, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment that encourages growth and learning.

Qualifications:

• Experience in civil litigation with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
• Ability to lead and manage cases independently from inception to resolution.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with senior attorneys and clients.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough legal research and analysis.
• Expertise in drafting, reviewing, and revising legal documents with precision.
• Demonstrated ability to represent clients zealously in court and mediation settings.
• Excellent communication skills to maintain open and proactive client relationships throughout the litigation process.
