You will work closely with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure all guests receive prompt and courteous service. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be key to your success, demonstrating your ability to celebrate our value to "Play To Win."Your Service & Operational DutiesAs our Banquet Server, you are the essential link between planning and execution, responsible for setting the stage and delivering polished service.Essential Tasks Include:Event Setup & Execution: Set up banquet rooms and tables precisely according to event specifications. Your attention to detail is critical to the first impression.Service Delivery: Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner. Your excellent communication and customer service skills will ensure exceptional service.Tear Down & Cleanliness: Clear tables and clean banquet rooms efficiently after events. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout your shift.Collaboration & Support: Work collaboratively with the kitchen and event planning teams to ensure events run smoothly.
