The successful candidate will oversee daily operations while maximizing material recovery value, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing downstream recycling relationships. Required Experience Minimum 5 years managing operations in one or more of the following: Electronics recycling (e-waste) IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) E-scrap processing Precious metal recovery Electronics refurbishment Materials recovery facilities (MRFs) Preferred Knowledge Identification and grading of: Circuit boards CPUs RAM Hard drives and SSDs Servers Networking equipment Telecom equipment LCDs and monitors Lithium-ion batteries Power supplies Copper-bearing materials Understanding of commodity markets for electronic scrap. Experience maximizing value through reuse, refurbishment, component harvesting, and material recovery. Experience managing downstream vendors and recyclers. Knowledge of R2v3, NIST 800-88, environmental regulations, and chain-of-custody requirements. Responsibilities Oversee all warehouse, refurbishment, recycling, and shipping operations. Develop processing streams for resale, refurbishment, parts harvesting, and recycling. Train staff to properly identify, sort, and grade electronic materials. Establish and manage downstream recycling partnerships. Monitor commodity pricing and recovery yields. Improve profitability through better material segregation and recovery practices. Ensure compliance with R2v3, ISO, environmental, and safety requirements. Manage inventory, production metrics, staffing, and operational budgets. Lead continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility.
