Part‑time Commercial Cleaner Pay Range: $14.50 – 15.00 per hour. Location: Dallas, Texas 75201. We are looking for dedicated, reliable Part‑time Commercial Cleaners to maintain clean, sanitary environments for our Dallas clients. Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, common areas, windows, and walls. Empty trash receptacles and dispose of trash in designated containers. Use appropriate chemical agents to disinfect surfaces and high‑touch areas safely. Monitoring and restocking cleaning supplies as needed. Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned. Work collaboratively with the team to meet ServiceMaster cleaning standards. Communicate professionally with clients and address specific cleaning needs. Report any issues or concerns including supply shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor. Follow company and client safety procedures (of the utmost importance). Qualifications Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred but not required; training provided. Ability to read and follow safety guidelines and use personal protective equipment. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Excellent time‑management skills to complete tasks within the allotted time. Requirements 0–1 year experience. Availability to work part‑time 20‑30 hours per week. Availability of working evenings and weekends. Reliable transportation. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Hours First Shift: 6 pm–12 am (Mon‑Tue‑Wed) and 8 pm–2 am (Thu) Second Shift: 6 pm–12 am (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun) Third Shift: 12 am–6 am (Mon‑Tue‑Wed) and 8 pm–2 am (Sun) Fourth Shift: 12 am–6 am (Thu, Fri, Sat, Sun) Pay $14.50–$15.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
