Maintenance Technician - Utah

Job Description

Job Description

Do you enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and being able to see the difference your work makes every day?

At Troy Allan Properties, we’re more than just a Property Management company. We’re a community of people who care deeply about the communities we manage and the people who call them home. We put people first, lead with integrity, and take pride in doing things the right way.

We are looking for a dependable, hardworking  Maintenance Technician to join our team at Strata Apartments. Whether your experience comes from maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting, landscaping, or simply years of being the person who knows how to fix things, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role:

As a Maintenance Technician, you’ll help keep our apartment homes and community looking and functioning at their best. No two days are exactly the same. You may be preparing an apartment for a new resident, completing a repair, troubleshooting a maintenance issue, painting, working outside, or helping a resident with something in their home.

You’ll work alongside a supportive property team while having the independence to take ownership of your work, solve problems, and make a visible difference in the community every day.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in maintenance, construction, remodeling, painting, landscaping, handyman work, or a related trade.
• Comfortable using hand and power tools safely.
• Basic knowledge of general repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
• Dependable, hardworking, and willing to jump in where needed.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in doing quality work.
• Able to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
• Someone who embodies our values of humility, integrity, caring, quality, and simplicity.

Why Troy Allan?

• Work You Can See: At the end of the day, you can look around and see what you accomplished. Your work directly impacts the quality of our communities and the experience of our residents.
• Variety: This isn't a job where you'll do the exact same thing every day. You'll solve problems, work on different projects, and continue building your skills.
• Strong Team Environment: You'll work with people who support one another, communicate, and take pride in what we accomplish together.
• Stability and Growth: We offer stable, year-round work with opportunities to learn new skills, take on more responsibility, and grow within Troy Allan.
