Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst Business Analyst will support the in planning, coordinating, and executing initiatives across the product portfolio. This role focuses on shipping and logistics, JIRA ticket management, data analysis, and process improvement, ensuring seamless collaboration between operations, technology, and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Support the PMO with project planning, tracking, reporting, and documentation. Collaborate with logistics, warehousing, and operations teams to manage shipping processes, track shipments, and produce reports on inventory and turnaround times. Manage JIRA ticket intake, triage, prioritization, and tracking, ensuring timely resolution and proper routing. Analyze data from multiple systems to create dashboards, reports, and actionable insights for management. Identify process gaps, recommend improvements, and support process standardization and governance across PMO and operational activities. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, providing updates, presentations, and executive summaries as needed. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 2–4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Operations Analyst, or PMO Analyst. Experience with ticketing tools (JIRA or similar). Familiarity with shipping, logistics, or supply chain operations. Strong analytical skills and experience building reports/dashboards. Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities..
