Registered Nurse, Pedi Hemat/Oncology Experience: 2 years Licenses: RN(Compact Accepted) Certifications: BLS; PALS; CERT-APHON References: 1 Reference in entire work history Experience: *2 years' experience as an RN *Recent experience in pediatric chemotherapy and BMT *Children's hospital experience preferred. Education Requirements: Two-year (ADN) degree in nursing, a four-year degree (BSN) in nursing, or a Diploma Nursing degree. Certification/License/Registry Requirements: -Current State of Arizona RN license or an RN license from a compact state with multistate privileges or the ability to establish licensure according to Arizona law prior to start date. -Current BLS certification for Healthcare Provider from the American Heart Association. -Current PALS certification from the American Heart Association. -Current APHON Certification
