Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Location: Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation | North Carolina Job Type: Full-Time | 6:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team. What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care under the supervision of the Registered Nurse and clinical leadership Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately in accordance with facility policies Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the RN Perform routine clinical duties including vital signs, wound care, catheter care, and specimen collection Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed Reinforce resident and family education as directed by the RN Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation Support individualized care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and overall well-being What We’re Looking For Active, unrestricted Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of North Carolina Current CPR and First Aid certification (preferred) Strong clinical observation, communication, and documentation skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced long-term care environment Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset Commitment to resident-centered care Why Pine Acres Center for Nursing and Rehabilitation?
