Speech & Language Pathology Assistant in Monument, CO

Step into an engaging contract opportunity as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant supporting students for the 2025-2026 academic year! We have three positions available: two full-time roles and one part-time position (three days per week). You'll play an essential part in helping students build communication skills, working alongside passionate educators and licensed SLP supervisors.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Colorado SLPA license required
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
- Skilled in collaborating with speech pathologists and educators
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Knowledge of working with children in elementary, middle, or high school settings
- Two full-time SLPAs (August 12, 2025 - May 28, 2026)
- 37.5 hours/week each
- Caseload split between elementary and middle school students in the local area
- One part-time SLPA (three days a week)
- Caseload shared between middle and high school students
- Work in just one building for focus and cohesion
- Deliver speech and language therapy under SLP supervision
- Aid in student assessments and progress documentation
- Create and implement engaging activities to foster language growth
- Encourage inclusive participation in the classroom
- Collaborate with teachers and families to support student success
