Recruiting Manager

What You'll Do Recruit and place accounting, human resources, administrative, and operations professionals into full-time, direct-hire positions across a diverse range of industries. Develop and grow relationships with existing clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through B2B sales and business development. Build strong relationships with both clients and candidates by providing responsive communication, career guidance, and exceptional service throughout the recruiting process. Manage the full interview and hiring process, including scheduling, interview preparation, confirmations, follow-up, and gathering feedback from both clients and candidates. Conduct virtual and in-person meetings with current and prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and identify opportunities to expand partnerships. Maintain accurate client and candidate information and documentation within Salesforce and other company systems. Become a trusted resource and market expert for clients by providing insight into hiring trends, compensation expectations, employment conditions, and effective interviewing practices. Leverage your market knowledge and professional relationships to build a strong network of candidates and clients. Participate in industry events and trade associations to strengthen relationships and increase our presence within the local accounting, administrative, and business community. What We're Looking For Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related field preferred, but not required. 3+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, business development, or a related field. Knowledge of accounting, operations, human resources, or administrative functions is preferred. Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system is a plus. Strong business acumen and a high level of professionalism. Excellent communication, follow-up, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities with excellent attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and other standard business technology. A self-motivated, proactive approach with a strong desire to achieve results. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple priorities, clients, and candidates. Ability to build and leverage professional relationships and market knowledge to develop business and successfully manage a high volume of recruiting activity.
