Description We are seeking a talented and experienced Digital Strategist to join our Strategic Communications team. In this role, you will help develop, execute, and optimize digital campaigns and websites using both paid and organic methods. Reporting directly to a Senior Partner, you will work across multiple aspects of communications for diverse clients. The ideal candidate is a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. The ideal candidate must also thrive in a working atmosphere that has extensive flexibility during the standard 9-5/M-F working hours but may require evening and occasional weekend work. Officeplace is hybrid, with 1-2 days a week available to work remote if desired. Actual title and salary will be commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic digital campaigns for clients Manage organic social media accounts for clients and CGCN Collaborate with our design team and outside vendors to create engaging creative for paid and organic campaigns Create content for, develop, and launch websites and landing pages using WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, or other website building tools Execute organic campaigns using tools such MailChimp, and various social media channels Ability to place and manage paid media buys using the Basis Display DSP and/or Google Ads is a plus but not required Work directly with publishers and media partners to place buys and optimize campaign performance Provide comprehensive analytics and insights through detailed reporting Contribute to new business proposals and client strategy sessions Qualifications 2-5 years of experience in digital communication, especially in politics and advocacy. Proficiency across major social media platforms Strong writing skills for both short and long-form copy Extensive experience using WordPress/Wix/Squarespace or similar. Ideally WordPress. Visual creativity and ability to develop ads from scratch using Canva, Photoshop, or similar Ability to concept and brainstorm ads and taglines.
