Sales Representative Location: 14360 Ewing Avenue, Burnsville, Minnesota 55337 What You’ll Do Serve as TruGreen’s welcoming face in the neighborhood, meeting homeowners face‑to‑face to introduce them to personalized lawn care solutions. Engage with new and existing customers through door‑to‑door outreach, building trust and turning casual interactions into lasting relationships. Customize sales messaging to fit each household’s unique lawn care needs using the proven TruGreen Sales Playbook. Convert prospects into signed customers and upsell additional services with data‑driven sales methodology. Log all interactions and track performance in the CRM to measure activity and maintain follow‑through. What You’ll Bring High school diploma or GED (PhD in People Skills welcomed). Previous sales or customer‑service experience a plus; strong passion and hustle are essential. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; reliable and road‑ready. Strong communication skills – from small talk to closing conversations. Excellent time‑management and self‑starter mindset. Comfortable with mobile technology; able to tap, swipe, and navigate the CRM app. Physical ability to walk, stand, and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds outdoors.
