This is a fully onsite role within a secure government environment requiring close, day-to-day collaboration with client stakeholders. The role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across multiple channels, ensuring alignment with recruitment goals, audience targeting, and employer brand standards. The role operates across digital, social, paid media, email, web, and event channels to support cohesive campaign execution and consistent messaging. The position requires regular interaction with client stakeholders and participation in collaborative planning and execution activities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.Job Location: Onsite - Washington, DC (government facility, Metro accessible). All work is performed onsite in a secure federal environment. Limited telework may be authorized only as permitted by the client and contract requirements.What You Will Do:Support and execute integrated marketing and communications initiatives aligned with recruitment and employer branding objectivesCoordinate messaging and campaign execution across channels, including social media, paid media, web, email/SMS, and eventsCollaborate onsite with government stakeholders and cross-functional teams (creative, analytics, media, and program leadership) to align priorities and deliverablesEnsure consistency in messaging, tone, and branding across all public-facing communications and platformsContribute to development of campaign plans, messaging frameworks, and content strategiesSupport execution of integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to ensure alignment of messaging and performanceMonitor campaign performance and contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and optimization efforts to improve overall campaign effectiveness and audience engagementSupport development of presentations, briefings, and communications materials for stakeholdersMaintain collaboration tools, workflows, and documentation to support program coordination and transparencyIdentify opportunities to improve integration across channels and enhance overall campaign effectivenessBasic Qualifications:Active Top Secret (TS) clearance requiredAbility to work onsite full-time in Washington, DCU.S. citizenship requiredBachelor's degree in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field3+ years of professional experience supporting marketing, communications, or integrated campaigns, preferably in a client-facing or agency environmentPreferred Qualifications:Experience supporting federal government or public-sector communications programsFamiliarity with recruitment marketing, employer branding, or talent acquisition campaignsExperience working across multiple marketing channels (digital, social, paid media, email, events)Experience supporting integrated campaigns and cross-functional coordinationFamiliarity with marketing analytics, KPI reporting, and performance measurementProfessional Skills:Strong organizational and coordination skills across multiple stakeholders and workstreamsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityCollaborative mindset with the ability to work across interdisciplinary teams
