This is a confidential Miami opportunity for an attorney with insurance coverage, coverage litigation, first party property, bad faith, appellate, or complex insurance experience.

The work will include coverage analysis, opinion letters, coverage disputes, policy interpretation, litigation strategy, and working closely with insurers and clients on meaningful disputes.

It is more cerebral than some defense roles. Also, yes, sometimes that means the documents are longer.

• Litigation experience is helpful, but the writing has to be strong
