Job Description Summary
The position provides administrative operational and coordination support to the Teaching & Learning Center ( TLC ) to advance faculty engagement and professional development initiatives. Responsibilities include supporting faculty onboarding professional development activities event coordination and overseeing instructional effectiveness reporting and data processes to ensure accurate analysis quality assurance and meaningful use of teaching and learning collaboration with Teaching Learning and Student Success ( TLSS ) leadership and campus partners the position monitors emerging faculty support needs supports continuous improvement efforts and contributes to the effective day-to-day operations and strategic priorities of the TLC .
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of a bachelors degree in Business Education Communications or related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in higher education educational operations project coordination administrative management or related.
