Our organization is seeking Internal Medicine physicians for an outpatient-only role in Northern Arizona. Join a dedicated team committed to delivering safe, accessible, high-quality, and culturally sensitive healthcare to the Navajo, Hopi, Southern Paiute, and surrounding communities. You will have the opportunity to establish an outpatient practice without on-call duties. Contribute to the development of clinic workflows from the outset, engage with medically complex adult patients, and mentor rotating residents—all while enjoying a true work-life balance.

• Attractive base salary plus performance incentives
• Outpatient focus with no on-call responsibilities; select between 4 or 5 clinic days per week
• Spend quality time with patients: 60 minutes for new or complex cases; 20–30 minutes for follow-ups
• Diverse adult chronic care management, including diabetes, hypertension, rheumatology, infectious diseases (such as TB), and obesity
• Opportunity to mentor residents
• Comprehensive benefits package: 5–8 weeks of PTO (based on tenure) plus 1 week for CME; $2,500 CME allowance; reimbursement for license and DEA fees; extensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; occurrence-based malpractice insurance
• Housing options: discounted staff housing available on campus or nearby, subject to availability
• Eligibility criteria: MD/DO; Board Certified or Eligible in Internal Medicine; unrestricted medical license from any U.S. state, territory, D.C., or Puerto Rico; visa sponsorship is not available
