This role includes a primarily outpatient clinic-based practice with inpatient consultative responsibilities across Lancaster and Indian Land, South Carolina.
Non-Invasive Cardiologist

Carolina Heart Specialists is seeking a full-time Non-Invasive Cardiologist to join our growing physician-led cardiovascular practice serving the Greater Charlotte region. This role includes a primarily outpatient clinic-based practice with inpatient consultative responsibilities across Lancaster and Indian Land, South Carolina.
- Echocardiography (TTE/TEE)
- Nuclear cardiology
- Cardiac CT
- Stress testing
- Preventive cardiology and medication management
- Inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular consultations
The incoming physician will work alongside experienced cardiologists, APPs, medical assistants, scribes, and administrative staff in a highly collaborative and patient-centered environment. The schedule includes:
- Primarily clinic-based responsibilities
- One dedicated hospital day per week
- Monday–Friday schedule
- Shared 1:4 weekend call rotation within the local MUSC hospital system
Compensation includes a competitive base salary, production incentives, comprehensive benefits package, sign-on bonus, and partnership/equity opportunities. Practice Details
