In this role, you will serve as a critical point of connection between clients, Relationship Managers, and Citi's global network, ensuring seamless delivery across the full client relationship lifecycle. Your ability to navigate complex banking operations and build trusted relationships across the global network will directly shape the client’s experience and contribute to the team's commercial success.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain relationships on behalf of the Banking Coverage Team with client networks and operational teams, acting as the primary contact for internal requests, problem escalations, and their resolutionCollaborate with Relationship Managers and product partners to onboard new clients and subsidiaries, ensuring Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements and other regulatory obligations are completed accurately and on timeCoordinate and liaise with client’s treasury offices to facilitate effective delivery across the global network regarding Citi Commercial Bank's capabilitiesEngage with internal departments to provide transactional support throughout the onboarding and relationship lifecycle, enhancing the overall client experience at every stageCoordinate credit requests and approvals across Citi's global network, working with product partners to identify and position relevant actions for clientsMaintain accurate client legal and marketing hierarchies within internal systems, ensuring data integrity across all recordsPartner with the Credit Operations Teams for current documentation regarding credit products including loans, letters of credit, Markets/FX and related transactions.Required Qualifications & Skills5 to 8 years of relevant experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or a related financial services functionDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively under pressureStrong problem identification and resolution skills, with the ability to act decisively and follow through to outcomeProfessional and adaptable working style, with a reputation for being a reliable and trusted point of contact across teamsSound judgement when assessing business decisions, with a clear commitment to regulatory compliance, risk awareness, and ethical conductBachelor's degree in a relevant field.Beneficial Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related discipline.Familiarity with credit risk documentation processes for loans, letters of credit, FXExperience working within a global banking environment supporting cross-border client relationships.What We OfferAt Citi, you will be part of a global commercial banking team that operates across more than 85 countries, working alongside experienced bankers and product specialists who are committed to delivering real impact for clients.
