ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2003 and is a close-knit team of three who work together to serve our customers and community. Before becoming an agent, I worked in underwriting, which gave me a strong understanding of the insurance industry and how to properly help customers protect what matters most.

Im a second-generation State Farm agent and graduated from the University of Minnesota with a degree in Finance. Insurance has been a big part of my family and professional life, and I take pride in continuing that legacy through our agency. Im also an active member of the La Crosse Downtown Rotary, where Ive been involved since 2005. Staying connected with the community and giving back through local organizations is something thats very important to me.

As Account Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kyle Visker - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
