Our busy and growing salon is driven to exceed our clients’ expectations by providing sustainable and clean hair solutions in addition to unparalleled customer service. We strive for our clients to not only love their hair, but to enjoy the entire salon experience.
We are searching for a creative, dependable and team oriented hairstylist to grow with our fellow stylists while serving our amazing salon clientele. We are an exclusively clean salon, using Davines and Original&Mineral haircolor and haircare. We offer a Competitive Commission Package, and are located in a desirable location, with new client traffic.

You will be responsible for:
- Welcoming clients who enter the salon in a friendly and professional manner
- Consulting with your client and creating a style plan to meet their expectations
- Providing your client with excellent customer service and their desired hair color/style
- Develop meaningful relationships with salon clientele and stylists
- Delivering the level of service that the salon prides itself on providing, while creating and maintaining a stylist/client relationship
Qualifications:
- NJ Cosmetology permit/license
- Strong communication and client service skills
- Interest in salon classes/continuing education
- Flexible availability (salon is open Wednesday through Sunday)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working within a clean/natural salon or following a plus, but not required
- Night and weekend availability a plus
