Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive virtual psychosocial assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and informational needs, ensuring a clear understanding of their mental and emotional status.

• Deliver evidence-based therapy and counseling services, including cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and other modalities as appropriate, to individuals, families, and groups.

• Engage in continuous coordination with interdisciplinary teams, including psychologists, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals, to provide integrated care aligned with the holistic needs of clients.

• Advocate for clients by identifying resources, community programs, and services that enhance their access to appropriate support structures.

• Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, treatment strategies, and progress in electronic health records, adhering to confidentiality and ethical standards.

• Participate in ongoing training sessions, team meetings, and case conferences to refine clinical skills and ensure adherence to best practices in therapy and counseling.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LICSW at our center, you will work primarily with adults and adolescents dealing with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and you will be expected to employ culturally competent strategies that respect and address individual differences and needs.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure clinical experience.
