TITLE
Registered Nurse - Critical Care

SCHEDULE
Shift: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM

ASSIGNMENT DETAILS
Contract Weeks: 16
Guaranteed Hours: 48.00

REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice: Required
- Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification: Required
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification: Required
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification: Required
- At least two years of recent experience in a critical care setting: Required

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff.
- Collaborate with team members, patients, and families to provide safe and effective patient care.
- Collect and analyze relevant health data to assess patient conditions.
- Implement care plans and evaluate patient progress toward desired outcomes.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care.
