The Warehouse Associate will be working in our Raleigh distribution center as a part of our great fulfillment team. Team members will be responsible for picking and handling inventory, fulfilling daily orders, assist with building pallets, and perform warehouse cleaning protocols. Working with the on-sight manager, the fulfillment team will follow best packing procedures to efficiently fulfill orders and provide premium customer service. The ideal candidate will be hard working, have good attendance, develop strong relationships with other team members, is highly organized, executes in a timely manner, and must be able to lift up to 50lbs.

This is an on-site role (20-40 hours/week) for a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at Bona Furtuna in Raleigh, NC for the 2026 holiday season, with the potential to stay on part-time in 2027. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for shipping and receiving, packing, unloading, operating forklifts, and using pallet jacks on a day-to-day basis.

Aid in the fulfillment of Direct-to-Consumer and Business-to-Business orders
Works well as part of a small team
Can work 20-40 hours a week Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm hours of operation
Likes to work hard and have fun

QUALIFICATIONS

Passion for organic, artisan food, and sustainable agriculture
Highly Organized and Detail Oriented
Experience in physical retail or fulfillment centers preferred
Passion for organic, artisan food, and sustainable agriculture
High school degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to work well as a self-motivated individual in a growing company
Shipping & Receiving, Packing, and Unloading skills
Forklift Operation and Pallet Jack skills a plus
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Experience in warehouse operations is a plus
