Responsibilities The Program Lead is responsible for facilitating the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in assigned account(s), ensuring coordination of services, customer relations, and referral touch points. The program lead monitors service quality and coordinates with leadership when support is needed. The Program Lead provides direct patient care, helps therapy staff deliver services adhering to care plans, schedules, and documentation, and provides customer relations touch points. The Program Lead manages referrals to other disciplines, supports delivery of high‑standard rehabilitation services through resource utilization and staff development, coordinates personnel and consultants, monitors evidence‑based care and adherence to standards, ensures clinical management oversight, assists staff in removing treatment barriers, coordinates daily staffing and utilization, monitors financial controls, aids in meeting annual budget goals, ensures quality orientation for new staff, promotes Powerback products, secures new relationships and contracts, and maintains relationships with facility management teams. Qualifications Performs other related duties as required. Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years progressively responsible PT experience. Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as U.S. equivalent. Director of Rehab PT must have 3 years direct patient care experience and one year of management experience.
