Clinical Supervisor II - Brain & Spine Surgery

Job Overview Novant Health Brain & Spine Surgery is seeking a full-time Clinical Supervisor II to support our clinics. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Responsibilities Provide operational and clinical staffing support across multiple clinic locations, including Randolph Road, Concord, and Mint Hill. Maintain appropriate clinical staffing levels to ensure smooth daily operations. Assign and coordinate clinical staff schedules and responsibilities. Manage and monitor clinical workqueues to support workflow efficiency. Oversee and manage patient in-basket messages to ensure timely responses. Serve as a liaison between triage teams, providers, and clinical staff to support effective communication and care coordination. Ensure all clinical staff maintain current licensure and required credentials. Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Experience: Two years of nursing experience, required. Two years of supervisory experience, preferred. Licensure/Certification: Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required. Additional Skills Required: Excellent human relation skills, possess effective oral and written communication skills, possess leadership and problem solving skills, operate personal computer.
