Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Valid licensure as a Physical Therapist (PT) in Ohio
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric settings is highly desired
• Comfortable supporting students across grade levels, from PreK through 12
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit for working with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy services and interventions onsite to a caseload of 21 students
• Assess student needs, develop goals, and adjust plans in coordination with IEP teams
• Document progress and maintain organized records in compliance with school and legal requirements
• Provide consultation and support to staff and families regarding student needs, equipment, and classroom modifications
• Act as a resource and advocate for student accessibility and functional independence within the school community
