Missions

You will work in contact with the field to best meet the needs of the operational teams while taking into account the expected safety, quality, and productivity constraints. Since the projects are cross-functional, you will be required to interact with a multitude of actors in the logistics chain: stocks/MD, procurement correspondents, QHSE...

You will be responsible for various projects including:

• Reducing small supports
• Analyze the causes generating the smallest prepared supports on all preparation strategies,
• Identify the action levers to improve the filling coefficients.

• Improving the tools for tracking the release and workload of promotions according to the cadence of the stores
• Putting under control the management loop of promotions (MEA) to smooth out the volumes over the week,
• Delivering on time the operations of highlighting on the stores and achieving customer satisfaction.

• Fiabilizing the semi-automated preparation process (CPS)
• Identify the root causes of inversions of the semi-automated preparation as well as the levers to limit this quality problem,
• Reduce the base margin.

• Participate in the improvement of the follow-up of missing UCs
• Verify the traceability process of missing preparations and evaluate the impact on stores.

Develop the timeline of activities and a summary of processes by service to establish a complete training process on the operation according to the position.

These projects, whose list is not exhaustive, will be implemented according to the priorities of the service. In addition, you will accompany the teams in the course of their daily actions. With the aim of discovering the operations of the exploitation, you may be required to take over within the team (planner scheduler in particular).

Profile Sought

• You are preparing a higher education in logistics oriented towards industrial logistics, continuous improvement, data analysis,
• Comfortable with IT tools, you master Excel (macros, Power BI),
• With an analytical capacity, you are able to propose the necessary improvement axes,
• You are proactive, autonomous, curious and communicative? This position will meet your aspirations,
• Driving license B is essential.
