Title: Cart Associate

Pay: $17.15/hr

Schedule: Thursday - Monday; 12:30 PM - 8:30 PM

Location: 1103 N 22nd St, Tampa, FL 33605

Overview


Support customers with loading purchases, maintain cart availability throughout the store, and help create a safe, organized shopping experience. This is a physically active, customer-facing role with significant outdoor work.

Job Description

• Assist customers with loading and unloading merchandise.
• Collect, organize, and restock shopping carts and other customer shopping tools.
• Maintain a clean and safe loading zone by removing carts, cardboard, and debris.
• Monitor shopping tool availability and report damaged equipment or technology issues.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve basic customer concerns.
• Support additional customer service areas, including Click & Collect, Returns, and Full Serve Hand Out (FSHO), as needed.
• Ensure shopping tools and work areas are stocked and prepared for the next business day.

• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain active throughout the shift.

Working Conditions

• Approximately 90% of the shift is spent outdoors.
• Frequent walking, standing, pushing carts, and lifting merchandise.
• Exposure to heat, rain, and other weather conditions.
