The Marketing Manager combines strategic big-picture thinking with exceptional time management and communication skills. Core responsibilities include conducting market research, implementing strategic initiatives, maintaining brand consistency, and managing digital assets. This role collaborates across departments to create proposals, interview presentations, and thought leadership content, while also implementing process improvements and measuring campaign effectiveness.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead the proposal process from kickoff through delivery, ensuring compliance, quality, and timeliness.Translate complex technical information into persuasive, client-focused narratives.Partner with business development and project leaders to refine pursuit strategies and highlight differentiators.Maintain and grow a content library of project profiles, resumes, and supporting materials.Manage project related to public relations, and/or collaboration with consultants & external vendorsAnalyze & present data related to clients; competitors; past, current, and prospective marketsLead cross-functional teams for pursuit project milestone lifecycle processesDesign and implement process improvements to increase team productivity and efficiencyOversee and provide insight on client feedback collection and analysisManage development and ongoing implementation of corporate brand across all marketing touchpoints and communicationsDirect the creation and development of marketing collateral, including thought leadership contentOversee and assist in development of CRM and content management systemsOversee photography and video production objectivesAssist leadership team in developing and driving strategic initiatives forwardMonitor and manage marketing expenditures against budgeted amountsAssist in identifying metrics to track strategic initiatives and marketing successManage & mentor marketing teamSKILLS AND ABILITIES:Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel skills for data analysisKnowledge of brand management principles and implementationBackground in graphic design with ability to oversee design work for best practices and improvementsExperience optimizing CRM systems and marketing automation toolsDemonstrated success in process improvement and workflow optimizationExcellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into strategic recommendationsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills with attention to detailProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSkilled in budget management and tracking marketing expendituresEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:4-year Business or Technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience7+ years of progressive marketing experience in professional services or AEC industryDemonstrated experience with proposal development, content creation, and marketing campaignsExperience managing projects and collaborating across multiple departmentsCK Construction is an equal employment opportunity/affirmative action federal and state contractor.
