Job Summary The Production Associate assembles roll‑up doors and door sub‑assemblies used on tractor trailers. This is a hands‑on role for individuals who enjoy working with tools, following instructions, and learning new skills in a manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble roll‑up doors and/or door sub‑assemblies according to work instructions Read and accurately use a tape measure Use basic hand and power tools (drills, wrenches, rivet guns, etc.) Inspect parts to ensure quality and correct assembly Follow safety, quality, and production standards Keep a clean and organized work area Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic measurements Comfortable using basic hand and power tools Willingness to learn new tasks and follow instructions Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Ability to lift up to 50 lbs without assistance Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus, but not required Skills & Traits Good attention to detail Dependable and punctual Team‑oriented attitude Strong work ethic Safety‑focused mindset Training On‑the‑job training provided No prior roll‑up door experience required Earn a Total Compensation Package Valued at ~$90,000/Year Day shift: $23.21/hr (6:30 AM – 3:00 PM) Evening shift: $23.78/hr (4:00 PM – 12:30 AM) Monday–Friday only — enjoy every weekend off!
