Responsibilities Restocking: Replenishing liquor, beer, wine, and other bar supplies. Glassware: Cleaning and polishing glasses, bringing them back from the dishwasher. Ice and Garnishes: Replenishing ice and preparing garnishes. Bar Area Maintenance: Cleaning and organizing the bar area, including surfaces, tools, and equipment. Assisting Bartenders: Helping with drink preparation, taking customer orders, and delivering drinks during peak hours. Inventory: Managing inventory and alerting the manager to low stock levels. Cleaning: Washing dishes, taking out trash, sweeping, and mopping floors. Customer Service: Answering customer questions and routing complaints.
