Estates Surveyor Salary: SO1 (£34,678 - £36,625) Expires: 14/06/2026 Company: City of Lincoln Council Location: Lincoln, Lincolnshire Job Type: Full Time This role offers an exciting opportunity to join the Property Services team in an ambitious and high‑performing organisation. The team focuses on maximising the potential of the council’s land and property assets and provides efficient and professional estate management services across the council. Full and part‑time hours are available, and arrangements can be discussed further at interview. The ideal candidate will have obtained a degree or diploma in an estates‑related discipline and/or be an associate member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (AssocRICS) with knowledge of property law and local government asset management. Key responsibilities include assisting in the acquisition, disposal, letting, valuation and management of the council’s property assets.
