Job Description Rogers Group, headquartered in Nashville, TN is a 115-year-old privately held aggregates and asphalt highway construction company with quarry and asphalt construction operations in ten states with 3,500 employees. Rogers Group is currently seeking an experienced individual to fill a position as a Mobile Maintenance Technician, for East Tennessee. This individual will be responsible for performing mobile equipment repairs at multiple work sites, diagnosing, inspecting, suggesting improvements and assisting with various duties as needed.

Wages are dependent on experience! The successful candidate for this role will have a strong emphasis on safety, be a self-starter and willing to learn new tasks, will have responsibilities that include but not limited to:
- Uncompromised focus on safety excellence.
- Operate and Maintain service truck and all associated tools
- Perform maintenance tasks as required
- Be able to accurately diagnose problems in a timely manner
- Order parts
- Keep track of multiple ongoing repairs
- General and mechanical inspections
- Other duties as assigned
- Have problem solving mindset, understanding how to repair and prevent or prolong
- Previous maintenance experience preferred but not necessary
- Mechanical aptitude/ability to diagnose and perform basic plant repairs as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend equipment maintenance manuals
- Ability to operate a man lift, telehandler, skid steer
- Experience in welding, cutting Preferred
