About the Role This is a remote, independent advisor role with a clearly defined leadership track for individuals who want to build beyond individual production. As a Client Solutions Advisor, you’ll work directly with families to understand their unique situations and guide them toward protection strategies that align with their values and goals. You’ll operate with flexibility and autonomy, while being supported by training, mentorship, and proven systems. Over time, advisors who demonstrate consistency, professionalism, and leadership may choose to mentor others, grow a team, and ultimately build their own agency .
