About the Role
We’re looking for a reliable, customer-focused Field Supervisor / Site Representative to be the on-site face of our company. This is a hands-on field position responsible for ensuring smooth project execution, high-quality standards, and excellent client experiences during and after artificial turf installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary company representative on job sites, building trust and maintaining strong client relationships
- Conduct regular site check-ins during installations to ensure work is progressing smoothly and meets company standards
- Perform pre-installation site walks and post-installation client walkthroughs (post-walks)
- Identify and communicate any on-site issues or adjustments needed to maintain quality and timeline expectations
- Represent our company professionally at all times — friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented
- Provide photos, updates, and feedback from the field to other staff
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or similar field service work (strongly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — comfortable interacting with homeowners, general contractors, and crews
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control
- Reliable transportation and a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
- Positive, proactive problem-solver who takes pride in representing the company well
