Activation Specialist for AI SaaS Onboarding

LangChain is seeking an Activation Specialist to join the Customer Experience team. You’ll work with new customers during their first weeks on LangSmith, helping them move from contract to a production-ready platform with a focus on admin setup, SDK integration, and first traces and evaluations. You’ll guide core setup, security, org design, workload isolation, and integration questions, and partner with GTM, Product, and Engineering to unblock customers, build their first evaluation workflows, #J-18808-Ljbffr LangChain
