We are looking for a seasoned dentist (4-8 years experience) that is looking to take the next step of their career and enter a path to practice ownership. What To Expect

• Morning huddle begins at 7:45am with a positive thought, joke, or reviewing our team agreements.
• Well trained EDDA's to help you be the most effective with your time.
• Technology that improves your diagnosis and patient care. (CBCT, intra-oral cameras, 3D scanner, Ceramill milling system, diagnodent, Velscope, CO2 and diode lasers, Nikon MSLR)
• Well educated patient base that values dentistry.
• Long-term mindset for patient relationships and treatment planning.
• Existing doctor owner would like to transition to focus on sleep dentistry

Compensation: Tiered Commission based on net production.
