Compensation & Bonus Structure Base Salary : $75,000 - $110,000 / year (based on experience and market factors) Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds Sign-On Bonus : Up to $30,000 available in select locations! Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans. Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
