Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing

To drive customer engagement and loyalty, the full-time Senior Director of Lifecycle Marketing will own and evolve the lifecycle strategy, focusing on increasing customer lifetime value and repeat purchase behavior while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and develop Comfrt's end-to-end lifecycle strategy across various customer segments, enhancing metrics such as LTV and repeat purchase rates Set the strategy for email, SMS, push, and direct mail channels, ensuring effective customer journey optimization and list growth Lead the Retention & Loyalty team, collaborating with cross-functional departments to translate customer insights into actionable strategies and improvements Required qualifications Significant experience in Lifecycle, CRM, Retention, or Loyalty within a high-growth consumer or digitally native business Proven track record in building lifecycle strategies that enhance customer economics beyond traditional revenue metrics Deep expertise in customer segmentation, cohort analysis, and lifecycle measurement Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations Experience managing loyalty programs, CRM platforms, and cross-functional teams effectively
